?Oh My God have yet to impress this season, so it is hard to trust them with our money. At the same time, we are not too high on Victory Five either, even though they are a better team than their recent results would appear to suggest.
Instead of picking a winner for this match, we will explore the total kills market at LoL betting sites. V5 are averaging 13 kills and 13.4 deaths per game, whereas OMG’s averages show 10.4 kills and 15.2 deaths. Assuming V5 will win, we must also note they produce 15.6 kills and 5.8 deaths in wins, whereas OMG average 7.6 kills and 16 deaths in their losses.
Neither side averages more than 0.82 kills per minute, while the average game time for both is under 31 minutes. With those numbers, betting on fewer than 25.5 kills in the first map is a no-brainer pick for us.

Rogue Warriors enter Week 6 of LPL Spring 2021 with only one win from their last eight outings and an equally disappointing 2-15 map record. It wouldn’t be wrong to say RW are the weakest team in the region, but that does not necessarily mean we should ignore them.
Up to the Chinese Lunar New Year break, almost 30% of LPL games ended in an underdog win, with favourites failing to cover the handicap in 47% of fixtures. On that form, backing an underdog at this price can hardly be regarded as a bad choice.
We do not believe Rogue Warriors are stronger than Royal Never Give Up, but this is a value bet you simply cannot pass on. Alternatively, a +1.5 line bet on RW is worth considering as well.

Estar Gaming enter this match off a difficult fixture against Invictus Gaming, who handed them their second loss of the season. FunPlus Phoenix won their most recent 2021 League of Legends Pro League (LPL) Spring bout against Suning, although they did not look particularly impressive with their execution.
Both teams seem fairly shaky which leads us to believe this is the type of a game that can get out of control very quickly and since this is the LPL, it’s highly likely we could be looking at a high kill count. BetOnline offers $1.88 for Map 1 to end with at least 25 kills, which is a good bet at a decent price. The same bet can also be used for game two of the series.

LoL Betting Odds: | IG $1.16 at GG Bet | RW $4.76 at GG Bet |
When: | January 27, 2021 at 19:00 CST |

We are very careful when predicting games that involve Invictus Gaming because they are one of the most unpredictable, up-and-down teams in all of the major leagues. They enter this match off a 2-0 sweep of eStar Gaming, which marked IG’s second win of the split and their first win since Week 1 when they crushed JD Gaming.
IG’s next opponents, Rogue Warriors lost their last bout against Victory Five (0-2), largely because they were unable to match up with V5’s uptempo style of play. Regardless RW are still a very underrated team that is more than capable of causing upsets.
RW are priced at $4.67 to win, which would be fair if IG were consistent, however, they are anything but that. RW’s fearless and aggressive approach to their games could catch IG off guard and make them drop at least one map.

For a casual LoL fan, this match might come off as completely one-sided and while there is some truth in that, we are not ready to give up on Rogue Warriors yet. The League of Legends LPL is known for a very aggressive style of play and Rogue Warriors are a prime example of a team that likes fast-paced, chaotic games.
What RW lack in individual quality, they more than compensate with their aggressive playstyle, which makes them a punch up underdog, although a fairly unreliable team in the long run. RW tend to engage in fights every chance they have, which disrupts the flow of the game and often leaves their opponents in disarray. Although that makes their games fun to watch, it’s far from good gameplay.
Normally we would side with FunPlus Phoenix to teach RW a lesson about proper macro play, but their recent showings were anything but promising. FPX are way too overpriced, and it seems like the latest LoL betting odds are based way too much on hype and public perception.

Rogue Warriors achieved the unthinkable on Tuesday when they reverse swept the reigning Demacia Cup 2020 champions and LoL Worlds Championship semi-finalists Top Esports. Although they deserve some praise for their win, it was not so much RW’s strong performance that led to that result but rather Top’s inability to close out the game.
Estar Gaming enter this match off a 1-2 loss against Bilibili Gaming on Monday, which is not necessarily a bad result. Especially if we consider this is a young squad that entered the 2021 season with their mind set on rebuilding their team, rather than competing for the title.
Even though RW’s win over Top does not convince us they’re now one of the top teams in the league, their approach to the game and overall execution was quite impressive. There is a world where RW drop one map against eStar, but we don’t see how they can lose the series.
TOP ESPORTS vs RARE ATOM LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

These sides last met in the Demacia Cup 2020 semi-finals, where Top Esports won 3-1 en route to their first tournament title of the season, so it would make sense to side with the favourites to secure another commanding victory. On paper, that would be the smartest idea, but it’s hard to trust Top after their showing across the last week.
Something is clearly not clicking at Top Esports and we don’t believe they will manage to fix those issues ahead of this match. Rare Atom (formerly ViCi Gaming) might not be one of the stronger team in the league, however, looking at their offseason upgrades and the development of their young players, this team might surprise many – even Top Esports.

Oh My God enter this match off a 1-2 loss against EDward Gaming, whereas FunPlus Phoenix have yet to play a single match this split. Regardless, it’s very easy to see how this game will go and it does not look too promising for OMG’s young squad.
FunPlus Phoenix run through the 2020 LPL Summer was anything but convincing, but that does not take away from the fact that this team fields some of the best players from the region. They have further solidified themselves with the signing of top laner Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon, who is a major upgrade for an already stacked lineup, that seems set to contest their second LPL title.
Even though the opening game of the split are usually fairly unpredictable, we don’t expect to see any surprises here. We are siding with FPX to make short work of OMG and win 2-0.

Top Esports enter this match off a shock 0-2 loss against Suning in the season opener, however, we should give them some slack as they had to deal with Tang “huanfeng” Huan-Feng who played one of the best games of his career. Top are now set to face a much weaker opponent in Rogue Warriors, who should in theory, have no chance to achieve the same success as Suning.
Rogue Warriors made quite a splash in the Demacia Cup 2020 with their off-meta picks and rule-bending strategies. Adding to that, they have also made a few promising roster changes in the bottom by signing the former Top Esports support Zhang “QiuQiu” Ming and ex-Royal Never Give Up ADC Lu “Betty” Yu-Hung.
Rogue Warriors might not feature any star players, but they have the potential to finish inside the top eight by the end of the split. Although they seemed a bit off-sync in their game against Team WE, Rogue can be very unpredictable due to their deep champion pool and appear to be a team that can steal one map off Top. Be sure to secure the best odds at the best esports betting sites.
Rogue Warriors and eStar will meet this Wednesday in the League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2020 Summer, which will mark their first clash of the split and their second of the year.
Rogue Warriors started their LPL Summer campaign with losses against Top Esports (0-2), Invictus Gaming (0-2), Suning (0-2), Team WE (0-2), JD Gaming (1-2), Oh My God (1-2), EDward Gaming (0-2) and ViCi Gaming (1-2), which saw them tumble down to the bottom of the standings with a 0-8 record and 3-16 map differential.
Nothing seemed to be working for Kim “HooN” Nam-hoon’s crew in the early stages of the split. While Rogue Warriors were still regarded as a dangerous and aggressive team, they somehow always found a way to let wins slip between their fingers.
However, things have started to look up for Rogue Warriors of late. They picked up their first win of the season last Saturday against Dominus Esports (2-1), to which they added two seriously impressive triumphs against LGD Gaming (2-0) and FunPlus Phoenix (2-0).
Rogue Warriors enter Week 8 looking like a brad new team, but they have found their form a tad too late. In order to secure a playoffs ticket, they will need to win all of their remaining five matches. While that would make for a great Cinderella story, we must accept the chances of it happening are very slim.

Nevertheless, Rogue Warriors can be proud of their performance against FunPlus Phoenix. While game one was relatively close, the outsiders stomped the reigning world champions in game two with a +10k gold lead, +18 kill differential and 10 towers to four.
Top laner “Holder” Jae-cheol had a phenomenal game with a 9/7/13 record across the series, which is especially impressive when facing Kim “Khan” Dong-ha (2/10/9). The same goes for mid laner Wang “Wuming” Xin (6/0/15), who outperformed arguably the best mid laner in the world in Kim “Doinb” Tae-sang (5/6/4).
Despite their resurgence, Rogue Warriors are billed as underdogs for their clash with eStar this week. While Zhang “Wink” Rui have shown greater consistency over the course of the split, their overall form is middling at best.
Like Rogue Warriors, eStar sit 3-8 and look almost certain to miss playoffs. Across the last two weeks, they lost to Suning (1-2) and Invictus Gaming (1-2) but managed to edge out a 2-1 win against Oh My God on Wednesday, which was also their only victory in almost a month.
So far eStar have defeated only LNG Esports, Dominus and OMG, which is not something to write home about since all three are among the weakest teams in the LPL.
It’s difficult to find any arguments to justify eStar’s shorter odds for this match. They hold a 40% win rate across the last 10 maps and are 1-4 in their last five series, whereas Rogue Warriors have a 70% win rate across their last 10 maps and a 3-2 series record against significantly stronger opponents.
The betting odds should be the other way around, but we won’t complain about esports bookmakers getting it wrong. Take advantage and back the in-form Rogue Warriors for the win at a great price.
Rogue Warriors will look to claim their first win of the split this Tuesday when they clash with ViCi Gaming during the sixth week of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2020 Summer.
Rogue Warriors’ situation ahead of this bout is as bad as it gets, as they have managed to win only two games out of 16 played. So far, they have lost against Top Esports (0-2), Invictus Gaming (0-2), Suning (0-2), Team WE (0-2), JD Gaming (1-2), Oh My God (1-2) and EDward Gaming (0-2).
With a 0-7 record, Rogue Warriors are more or less guaranteed to miss out on the playoffs, considering eight losses is the maximum any team can have in order to still make it to the postseason.
With all due respect, there are not a lot of positives to take from Rogue Warriors’ performances this split. Not only do they lack quality and experience, but as a team they look lost on the Rift.
Mid laner Lee “Ruby” Sol-min is the best-performing player for Rogue Warriors with a 2.6 KDA, 76.9% KPAR and 30.6% damage share, but even those are some of the worst marks out of all LPL mid laners.

After a tough start to the split, ViCi Gaming found their rhythm and picked up two crucial wins against LNG Esports (2-1) and eStar (2-1). Even though those wins were not exactly clean, it’s a start and it at least puts ViCi back on the right track.
ViCi have won three out of six games played, taking down Bilibili (2-0), LNG and eStar but losing to Royal Never Give Up (0-2), Team WE (0-2), and Victory Five (0-2). Those three defeats all came against strong teams, so there is no need to raise the alarm.
Looking back at ViCi’s most recent bout against eStar, they narrowly lost the opening game of the series but bounced back with commanding triumphs in game two and three, which they won with +11.7k and +13.2k gold leads respectively.
Top laner Da “Cube” Yi had a phenomenal performance that day and ended the series with 13/4/27 and 10 KDA, while ADC Hu “iBoy” Xian-Zhao also impressed with his 18/5/28 record and 9.1 KDA. All five members played well against eStar and if ViCi can continue playing at this pace, playoffs are a realistic goal.
Although ViCi Gaming still need to prove their Week 5 performance was not a fluke, they look far better than Rogue Warriors and are rightfully priced as massive favourites ahead of this match.
ViCi have better players in all five roles and boast far better objective control and vision control, while they also tend to be more efficient in farming. The two teams have shown a similar level of aggression this split, which suggests we are in for a match with plenty of small skirmishes across the map.
ViCi dropped a game against LNG Esports at the end of Week 4, which might imply they will lose at least one here, but after their performance against eStar, we find it hard to believe that will be the case. A 2-0 win for ViCi seems like the most likely outcome, so back them to cover the -1.5 handicap at decent odds.
The news came to light on Tuesday when the Chinese esports organisation released a statement saying they had found WeiYan in violation of team rules. The LPL is still investigating the severity of the misconduct, but Rogue’s zero-tolerance policy for corruption triggered an immediate termination of WeiYan’s contract.
“The investigations by the club has determined that Rogue Warriors player Wang “WeiYan” Xiang conducted activities during LPL Spring 2020 competitions that seriously violated the team’s rules and disciplines,” read Rogue Warriors’ statement.
“Hereby, based on longstanding zero tolerance, the organisation will officially end Wang’s ‘player service contract’ and submit relevant documents to the league.
“Even after a year of repeated reminders and warnings, some still chose to ignore the rules which led to severe consequences. We hereby once again remind our players to remind themselves not to violate club and league rules. We will also further conduct deep internal probes and we are vowing to root out anyone that has directly or indirectly participated in violations.”
The allegations are linked with WeiYan’s leaked chat logs, which supposedly confirm his intent to fix several matches. The matches in question were Rogue Warriors’ LPL fixtures against Victory Five and Dominus Esports. Further details about the matter remain unknown to the public as the LPL continues its investigation.
After the LPL switched to online play, there were concerned whispers about how the format shift might affect the competitive integrity of the league. Remote gaming is highly susceptible to match-fixing and other forms of corruption, and not only in League of Legends. Earlier this year, Avangerls and Newbee were embroiled in a match-fixing fiasco concerning their clash at the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3 China Qualifier.
This is also not the first match-fixing incident for Rogue Warriors. Back in April 2019, Ren “Caocao” Jie, Liao “Zhanzhao” Kang-Jian and Xie “XiaoYao” Tao all received a 18-month bans from competitive play for manipulating match outcomes during the League of Legends Development League (LDL) Spring Split regular season, while RW Sharks coach Ye “ShiMing” Sheng-Liao and manager Li Kai-Hao both received warnings due to their failure to carry out their management obligations.
This latest development heaps even more woe on Rogue Warriors, who sit 12th in the LPL Spring 2020 standings with a 3-5 record. They are slated to play their next match on Thursday, March 26 against Dominus Esports.
]]>Rogue Warriors will face the team formerly known as World Elite on Tuesday during Week 4 of the League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2020 Spring Split in what promises to be a great fixture between two mid-table Chinese sides.
Team WE enter the week with a 3-3 record next to their name. So far this split, they have defeated Victory 5, ViCi Gaming and Dominus Esports but failed to see the same success against JD Gaming, Royal Never Give Up and FunPlus Phoenix.
Although Team WE are very much a mid-table team, they are still one of the most interesting Chinese LoL squads to watch. Jiang “beishang” Zhi-Peng and co. have become known for stomping weaker opponents but falling flat against the top teams in the LPL. Given they have only played in clean sweeps so far, it seems that every game is all or nothing for Team WE.
Team WE sit ninth in the league standings, which puts them right at the edge of the playoffs line, but we wouldn’t get our hopes up just yet. They still have a lot more to prove before they will be regarded as serious playoffs contenders, and defeating teams such as Rogue Warriors should be their priority.
Rogue Warriors started their 2020 season with a fifth-eighth finish at Demacia Cup 2019 but have failed to show anything spectacular in the LPL Spring Split, where they’ve lost to eStar, Oh My God, Invictus Gaming and LNG Esports and managed wins against Suning, EDward Gaming and Victory 5. That 3-4 record puts Rogue 12th in the league standings, one win short of reaching the top half.
Rogue Warriors’ most recent fixture took place on Sunday when they swept Victory 5, handing them their sixth defeat of the season and cementing V5 as the worst team in the LPL after three weeks of play. Sunday’s series was one-sided throughout, with Rogue closing out both games with a substantial kill and gold lead.
Kim “Crazy” Jae-hee was consistent in the top lane, Wang “WeiYan” Xiang proved to be a huge nuisance with his constant roaming pressure from the mid lane, and the bottom lane tandem of Mei “ZWuJi” Hong-Hui and Le “Ley” Yi had a decent showing, although we expected ZWuJi to be a bit more aggressive.
Team WE enter Tuesday’s match as heavy favourites at $1.52 with GG Bet, while Rogue Warriors sit at $2.42 for the outright win. That makes sense, as Team WE showed much more than Rogue in the opening three weeks of the season.
The problem is Team WE’s aggressive playstyle, which can sometimes backfire. They can stomp all over the weaker teams, but they often crumble once faced with a squad who know how to take advantage of opposition mistakes.
Rogue Warriors might have failed to show anything spectacular so far, but they are not overly aggressive and know how to punish their opponents’ errors, which is why they should be able to keep Team WE on their toes and push this series into three maps.
Day four of the 2020 LPL Spring Split will feature an exciting bout between Rogue Warriors and Suning Gaming, who will meet on the Rift for the first time since July 2019.
RW and SN have met 11 times since Rogue’s inception in December 2017, but we can throw their head-to-head record right out of the window given both sides enter 2020 with completely new rosters.
SEE ALSO: LEAGUE OF LEGENDS BETTING SITES
Rogue were not exactly fantastic last season, finishing the LPL Spring Split 15th with a 4-11 record and the Summer Split 13th with a 5-10 record. RW also finished ninth-16th at NEST 2019, where they were eliminated by Suning, and fifth-eighth at the 2019 Demacia Cup.
RW enter LPL 2020 as one of the weakest teams in the league, and we would not be surprised if they finished the season around 15th place. Their roster looks to be fairly average with the exception of Mei “ZWuJi” Hong-Hui, but even he does not stack up against star ADCs such as Lin “Lwx” Wei-Xiang, Lee “LokeN” Dong-wook, Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao and others.

We expect ZWuJi to continue playing the role of the main carry for RW, but the team overall fails to inspire much confidence. While they have the potential to finish mid-table, their performance against eStar on Tuesday left a lot to be desired.
Unlike RW, Suning have the tools to make the final eight this season.
Suning lost their star mid laner Huang “Maple” Yi-Tang during the off-season but managed to keep hold of Hu “SwordArt” Shuo-Chieh, which is a massive positive in our books. Rather signing a replacement for Maple, the team allowed Xiang “Angel” Tao to role-swap from the top lane back to mid lane. Former jungler Wei “Weiwei” Bo-Han has moved down to the bottom lane, where he will play as an ADC.
There was a lot of hype surrounding Suning last season, but they failed to live up to the expectations as they finished the Spring Split 10th and Summer Split seventh-eighth. Suning also clinched a fifth-eighth finish at NEST 2019, where they lost to the eventual champions SinoDragon Gaming (now Dominus Esports) in the quarter-finals.
The expectations on Suning are significantly lower this season, which should, in theory, help them play without the added stress, yet we believe they will have to severely overperform to break into the top eight.
Suning enter this bout as the stronger team and the betting odds at esports bookmakers show that. It’s not so much that SN are an exceptionally strong team, but rather that RW are a very weak team.
RW might have outperformed SN at the Demacia Cup, where they finished fifth-eight, but we would not say they deserve a standing ovation for beating the likes of Dominus, SDX Gaming and Invictus Gaming’s academy team.
Furthermore, RW severely underperformed against eStar in game one of the season and even their star ADC looked shaky on his feet. His job won’t be any easier this Thursday when he takes on SwordArt – one of the best supports in the league.
There are some uncertainties when predicting this match, considering we have not seen Suning play in the LPL yet, but they should have a fairly easy time defeating RW.
Prediction: Suning Gaming to win – $1.46 at GG Bet
